The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the location provided breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes, truly a mesmerizing sight.
The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was quite poor, which made it difficult to stay connected. Also, the hotel was located a few kilometers off the main road, and the rough stone roads made it a bumpy ride.

The stunning views and beautiful location of this property were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sight of mountains, horses, llamas, and sheep right outside our window was truly memorable. the staff were extremely friendly, caring, and helpful, making us feel like we were part of the family. the food exceeded our expectations, with delicious and fresh meals served in a picturesque setting. the activities arranged by the hotel were fantastic, including hikes and tours that allowed us to fully explore the surrounding area.
One minor downside was the presence of animal dung on the property, which could sometimes be seen and smelled. this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall amazing experience we had.

Hacienda El Rejo Villa was a truly stunning property that exceeded all our expectations. the house and grounds were absolutely breathtaking, with expansive windows offering panoramic views of the volcanoes and lush grassy fields. the working dairy farm added to the charm, with grazing cows, horses, chickens, and llamas. the staff, Francisco and Janeth, were exceptional hosts, taking great care of us throughout our stay. the meals they prepared were outstanding, especially the Aguado and Sopa de Quinoa soups. the breakfasts were equally impressive, with fresh eggs, cream, and cheese sourced from just a few steps away. We also had the pleasure of trying Janeth's incredible aji sauce, which we couldn't get enough of. Francisco helped arrange tours for us, although we found it hard to leave the hacienda as it had so much to offer. Cons: Can't think of anything.
